Acne Free-How To Pop A Pimple

There are so many ways to pop a pimple. No one should pick their face but most people aren’t acne free and love to pick. When you pick your face there is a high possibility of leaving scars and at the very least you will have a scab or a large red dot. We all do it., my 60 year old mother picks anything on her face she can find. Having a zit, especially whiteheads is asking to be popped.

If you are going to do it do it right. The first thing you want to do is clean the area. You do not want bacteria entering the open zit. This will increase the chances of scarring and elongate healing time. Next you want to exfoliate the skin. This will remove dead skin cells bringing the zit closer to the surface.

This is a very important step. Rap our fingers in tissues. You do not want your fingernails anywhere near your skin. You have tons of bacteria underneath your nails. The last thing you want is to transfer that into your skin. You also don’t want your nails dinging into your skin simply because it will leave a mark and lead to further infection.

Once your fingers are rapped place both index fingers on either side of the pimple. Instead of pushing together pull the skin apart. Like you are trying to fatten the skin not push it together. You want to extract the pimple slowly. If you push it together there is a much greater chance that more skin will break. The more skin that breaks around your zit the bigger the scab and the more likely to leave a scar.

This does not always fully extract the pimple. Go ahead and push it together very slowly. While you are pushing together also push down. You want to be at the base of pimple not squeezing from the center of it.

Once you have removed all of its content clean the area. I put a dot of Neosporin on it. This helps it heal faster. Now that you fully extracted the pimple do not pick it. If you continue to pick it, it will scar and it will most definitely have scab.
