Skin Care Cream: What You Want to Know About the Best Products Available Today
Skin care cream today isn’t a luxury for royalty and hip Hollywood celebrities; it’s a mandatory item for optimum skin health. UV rays are more toxic than ever, and as smog levels rise and the ozone depletes we are left unprotected and damage occurs, causing in some cases skin cancer. Skin care creams and sun block are a great way to interrupt this damage, and they hydrate your skin as well, keeping it looking younger for longer, and making you less prone to issues such as age spots and burns.
Who Should Be Wearing Skin Cream?
In a nutshell, everyone who goes outside during the daytime, or in other words, anybody exposed to damaging UV rays for any period of time. If you think this is alarmist, consider first that many local news casts give “Smog Reports” during the weather segment telling people with more sensitive respiratory systems to avoid exposure to the air outside. Do you think that we should worry about one factor and not the other? They are the same problem, only we are all susceptible to damage from harmful UV rays. The highest risk groups are young children and babies, older folks who’s skin just doesn’t handle the beatings it used to, extremely fair skinned individuals, and people who have previously suffered some form of skin disease or cancer. Skin care cream will help keep your skin safe from the sun, without harming these sensitive groups.
What Should I Look For in a Skin Care Cream?
The most important factor in a skin care cream is going to be its ability to effectively protect your skin from the environment. Every other factor is secondary, and in my opinion it doesn’t matter what else the skin cream does so long as it offers adequate protection from the sun. The sun is the number one damaging element your skin will face, and much of the anti aging creams are little more than moisturizers and great UV protection rolled into a high end product for women. That isn’t to say that men can’t use the product, it is simply that they are made mostly for women. I really wish there were more skin care creams made for and marketed to men, men are much more likely to ignore the needs of their skin and don’t take as seriously the damaging effects of the sun.

Finding the Right Hand and Body Cream
If you were to try every single different hand and body cream out on the market you could probably use a new pot every day for the rest of your life. There are so many different brands and products available. Each one makes it’s own fantastic claims and promise to help you firm this, moisturize that or reduce the look of those. The fact is that the base products used in these creams are pretty much the same from one brand to another. You should try and be blind to the brands when you purchase and try a few out to see which ones agree with your skin. One old favorite is Pacquins hand cream.
People use hand and body cream to hydrate cracked, dry and flaky skin. Some are more intense than others. There are new products just out on the market or there are time-tested products that have been around for decades. One thing that is for sure is that when you find one that works for you, you will want to keep using it over and over again. You must remember in your quest for the perfect cream that everyone is different. Everyone’s skin reacts differently so you should seek out what is best for you and not be swayed by what the store clerk, the adverts or even your friends say is the best. The best product for you is the one that gives you the results that you want.
When are looking at which hand or body cream to buy try and look past the claims and think about why you really need the cream. Do you already have products that could also do the job of a hand or body cream? This would save you having to carry lots of different creams when you travel, and keeping the weight of luggage down is very important these days with the excessive charges that airlines levy.
